My journey into fund management began through hands-on experience in both hospitality and healthcare. Working closely with my family, we built and operated a successful hotel business while also managing pharmacy clinics that served the needs of our local communities. These ventures taught me the value of real estate—not just as a vehicle for financial growth, but as a platform to deliver meaningful impact. Over time, I saw the opportunity to scale these efforts by bringing together like-minded investors who share a vision for long-term wealth creation and community development. Launching this Fund is a natural next step—combining business experience, operational discipline and a commitment to purpose-driven investing.

The Fund is focused on developing nationally recognized, premium-branded hotels—including properties under the Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, IHG and similar flags—in high-barrier-to-entry markets across the United States. By targeting underserved or strategically positioned locations with strong demand drivers, the Fund aims to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns through ground-up development and strategic partnerships.
The Fund is structured to raise both equity and debt capital, allowing investors the flexibility to participate through their preferred investment vehicle. This dual-capital approach supports tailored risk-return profiles and broader investor participation while providing the Fund with the capital efficiency needed to execute its development pipeline.
